    Description

    Unusual chain pulley for lamp or chandelier, total length 6", weights 2 lbs. Spring is quite powerful, but there is no pawl to lock the thing in place when the lamp is down, unless it's an internal one that's not working. also obviously missing the tape and hook. Marked with patent date, a search yields assignee Bradley & Hubbard.
